is it possible to translate "10 minutes ago" into French for example in the conversion notifications?

Great question? Unfortunately that is the time stamp which by default is in english.

So to answer your question with a slightly different approach. You can use the informational popup to create manual conversion notifications and yes you can customise all the text in the language of your choice.
