Yes! absolutely you can customise the icon images for your popups both manually ( for manual popups copy the image address or URL and paste it in the input box for image)

To show real photos of people who took action on your website you can customise the same in the latest conversions and counter conversions notifications, image urls of these people should be captured under your data rows in the Data tab. So if you have a data field for example img_url then in the Image URL input field for your conversion notification just add the data field variable

Yes! you can customise the Title and description of any popup notification in a language of your choice manually.

Login to your WebsitesToolz account. Once in the dashboard heat to the Account section.

Choose "Yes" to Enable 2 Factor authentication. Download the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device. Scan the QR code once and it will generate a 6 digit password. Enter the same and your done.
